DYDI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian ministry based in Oak Island, North Carolina, dedicated to declaring God’s prophetic messages, awakening destinies, equipping believers through online classes and resources, and advancing the Kingdom of God through prayer, Bible distribution, and spiritual encouragement worldwide.
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference), and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and DYDI.

The following terms apply to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any related agreements:
“User,” “You,” or “Your” refers to you, the individual accessing or using the Site.
“DYDI,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Declaring Your Destiny International, Inc., a North Carolina nonprofit corporation.
“Content” includes all text, graphics, logos, Messages from God, videos, audio, images, downloads, prophetic words, classes, and other materials available on the Site. “Services” includes access to the Site, In Crowd Connections classes, Messages from God, prayer resources, donation features, and any other offerings provided by DYDI.
All terms are interchangeable in singular, plural, or gendered forms as appropriate under applicable law.
Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This includes:
Viewing and listening to Messages from God and prophetic teachings.
Registering for and participating in In Crowd Connections classes. Making donations to support DYDI’s mission of global Bible distribution, prayer mobilization, and destiny declaration. Subscribing to newsletters or prayer updates.
You agree to use the Site in a manner consistent with its Christian purpose: to honor God, encourage faith, and build up the Body of Christ (Ephesians 4:12). Prohibited uses include:
Any unlawful activity, including violations of intellectual property rights. Commercial exploitation, such as selling or redistributing Content. Posting harmful, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory material. Interfering with the Site’s functionality, including via viruses, spam, or unauthorized access attempts. Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation with DYDI.
DYDI reserves the right to monitor usage and terminate access at our sole discretion for any violation.
Intellectual Property
All Content on the Site is the exclusive property of DYDI or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes proprietary elements like “Messages from God,” “The In Crowd,” and “In Crowd Connections.”
You may not:
Modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent. Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary legends. Use Content for public display, performance, or any commercial purpose.
Limited permissions: You may download or print single copies of Content for personal, non-commercial devotional use, provided you retain all notices. User Contributions
If you submit comments, testimonials, prayer requests, or other materials (“User Content”) via the Site (e.g., contact forms or comment sections), you grant DYDI a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such User Content for promotional, educational, or ministry purposes. You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with these Terms. DYDI is not responsible for User Content and reserves the right to remove or edit it at any time.
Donations and Transactions
Donations to DYDI are voluntary, tax-deductible contributions to our 501(c)(3) ministry and are non-refundable except as required by law. By donating, you authorize the processing of your payment information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All purchases (e.g., class registrations) are final unless otherwise stated. DYDI is not liable for transaction errors caused by your payment provider.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment processors or external resources). These are provided for convenience only, and DYDI does not endorse, monitor, or control them. The Site and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DYDI disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Content (e.g., prophetic messages are spiritual guidance, not guaranteed outcomes). Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.
Prophetic Content and teachings are for encouragement and edification, not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Consult qualified professionals for personal decisions. DYDI does not guarantee spiritual results from using the Site.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DYDI, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, Services, or Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation:
Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
Claims related to prophetic interpretations or ministry outcomes.
Technical issues, viruses, or interruptions.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100 if no payment was made). Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing herein limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DYDI and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of third-party rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brunswick County, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Force Majeure
DYDI shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics, or government actions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email (if provided) or a prominent Site notice, with at least 30 days’ advance posting for Privacy Policy-related updates.
Miscellaneous
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms; DYDI may do so without notice.
